Premier Management Partners ' Legal Department provides, amongst others, the following corporate legal services to our international clients:

• Incorporating Netherlands Antilles legal entities on behalf of our clients
• Convening the annual general meetings of shareholders and taking the minutes
• Keeping of the corporate books
• Convening meetings of the board of managing (and/or supervisory) directors and taking the minutes
• Preparation of various resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders and/or of the board of managing (and supervisory) directors
• Assistance with the transfer and / or issue of shares in the capital of the company
• Assistance with amending the articles of association of the company
• Preparation, execution and legalization of various other corporate documents and agreements, in co-operation with tax-advisors, notaries and/or lawyers
