Premier Management Partners' fee structure is fully transparent, straight forward and at the wish of our clients either fixed, or calculated on an hourly basis. No hassle and no surprises. Never!

We do not charge our clients "ghost charges", like:

• "file review"...we think it is the responsibility of any service provider to have its client files in good standing. Moreover it's an indissoluble part of our management duties...
• "supervision dues"...the maximum supervision due payable to the Netherlands Antilles Supervisory Body by any Netherlands Antilles Service Provider amounts to US$ 5,056 per annum. We do not see any reason to charge our costs of doing business to our clients...
• "transfer fees"...most service providers think it is perfectly reasonable to charge for the transfer of client company files to another service provider...we leave it up to your judgment whether this is correct...
